Left New Mexico at 9:00am.
Drove through the whole state of Texas.
Made it halfway through Louisiana before calling it a day at 2:00am.
This day was all about counting down the miles. We drove on the historic Route 66 for a while, passed a "car henge", and yes we drove the width of Texas in one day and then some.
